Quail Glen Elementary School Visit 5/3/07

Things you need:
Steps:
1. Turn on the flat iron while you bush through your hair thoroughly.
2. If you want you can straighten your hair before you start if you already have curly or wavy hair to get the straight hair Vanessa has in this look.
3. Now, part your slightly to the left of your head up until your crown and then let the majority of your bangs on the right side of your face hang. You will pull back the left side.
4. Then take something pointy (but not sharp) and veer the part you started (at your crown) back into the middle of your head all the way down to the end of your hair line at the back of your neck forming two sections of hair.
5. Drape the 2 halves of your hair over each shoulder to keep them separate from each other. You can brush them if you want.
6. Take the left section including your bangs and braid it tightly behind your ear leaving only about 1 inch of hair left before you tie off the braid with the hair band.
7. Repeat step 6 for the right half of your head except your bangs are going to be left out of the braid and are going to hang on the right side of your face as said in step 3.
8. Next take the flat iron and straighten your bangs left hanging on the right side so that they curve in towards your face.
9. Then, apply a little bit of hairspray to your braids to keep them in place.
10. You’re done! If you used the flat iron make sure you turn it off! Enjoy!! :)
