Out & About in NYC 3/30/06
*Note: For this guide you will need to use make-up of your own that is similar to the description!
Steps:
1. First, Wash your face with any face soap but to support Vanessa you could use Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash. If your face is greasy and dirty then this will not work. Then lightly pat your face dry with a towel.
2. Take a foundation closest to your natural skin color and apply it.
3. Take black eyeliner and draw a line from the inner part of your top eye to the outer part. Do the same with your bottom eye. Make the line get thicker as it gets to the outer part.
4. Take black mascara and apply it to your eyelashes. Then curl them.
5. Take a sparkly whitish-blue eyeshadow and apply it to your top eyelid and your bottom eye. Then take a sparkly aqua-blue eyeshadow and apply it over the whitish-blue eyeshadow. The aqua-blue eyeshadow should only be on your eyelid, not on your bottom eye.
6. Take a light pink blush and apply it to your cheeks.
7. Apply pink lipgloss and you’re done. Enjoy!
